Pre - Construction Topography and Verification
There is nothing worse than starting a project off on the first day and realizing the existing conditions have changed since the design phase. Perhaps the contours have changed and your grading calcs are out of whack. We can verify if the existing contours have actually moved and if tweaking the grading volume cut / fill quantity is necessary.
